Sports Psychology Counselor, M.A.
Mark earned a Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology. He also earned Bachelor Degrees in Social Science and in Kinesiology. Mark is currently a Doctoral Student/PhD Candidate pursuing a degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Performance Psychology.
Competing as a Division 1 collegiate athlete in Track and Field, Mark is aware of the demands and pressures associated with sports and exercise. Following college he began a career in education, coaching football and track & field. During this time he developed a passion for helping athletes reach their peak performance and personal goals. As a coach he excelled in helping his athletes cope with the mental and emotional stresses of sports, athletics, and exercise. His coaching experience and profession as a counselor grants Mark a unique perspective and understanding of the athlete, the coach and the family.
Mark is here to help you successfully navigate the mentally challenging world of sports, athletics, and exercise. His life's work and devotion is to help maximize your potential and gain the mental edge for peak performance.
